COVID-UPDATE: Due to the state of our global shipping services you can only purchase tracked shipping, standard shipping has been removed until further notice.
Worldwide Shipping via the Royal Mail delivery service.
At checkout you have the option to purchase standard shipping or upgrade to Tracked / Express delivery, for a flat rate charge regardless of how many items purchased.
PRODUCTION TIMES PRIOR TO SHIPPING: Normally items take 3-5 business days to produce. Handcrafted silver items may have longer production times, please see individual listings for this information, as it varies from item to item.
UK Recorded: £3 (Free on orders over £80).
UK Special Delivery: £8 (Free on orders over £150).
INTERNATIONAL: Tracked & Signed 6-9 business days: £14 (Free on orders over £150).
Stripe card payments, Paypal or Paypal installments.
All items are shipped gift boxed with Chopa Tribe Branding.
Custom Orders / Bespoke Fittings
As all items are handmade, I do provide a Custom / Bespoke order service, at no additional cost outside of Peak Seasons. If you would like a colour change, or a gemstone change, feel free to contact me prior to purchasing to see what is currently available.
If you are concerned about size, you can send me your measurements and i will build your item to your fit. On occasion there maybe a small charge for additional materials.
If you are looking for a unique personalised design, for example for your wedding day, special event of gift for someone, this can be done also, but do please allow plenty of time for the designing, production and delivery of your item when making your request.
All items have a standard size unless otherwise stated

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:
Contact within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase (Not Applicable to custom orders)
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me for shipping details.
Chopa Tribe provides an affordable repair, wear and tear service. If you have damaged your item or the item has become worn, we can repair your item for you. Or if you just want a refresh / re-vamp to your design, change colour we can do that too.
We may use your personal information to:
-improve your browsing experience by personalising the website;
-send to you goods purchased via the website;
-send invoices to you, and collect payments from you;
-send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;
-send to you our newsletter and other marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications to be sent to you by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org).
-We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of directing marketing.
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere , we may disclose information about you:
-to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
-in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
-in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of -----fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).

Customs / Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Chopa Tribe is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Distant Seller Regulations
All customers are protected by the Distance Seller Regulations as follows:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please contact Seller within 7 days of receiving your item.
If an item is to be returned please contact, stating reasons for return and to arrange the correct methods for return delivery.
Return postage has to be paid for by the customer & the item has to be safely packaged. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a refund or replacement.
Exceptions to the Distance Selling Regulations:-
