Delivery

 Worldwide Shipping via the Royal Mail delivery service. 

At check out you have the option to purchase standard shipping or upgrade to Tracked / Express delivery, for a flat rate charge regardless of how many items purchased. 

PRODUCTION TIMES PRIOR TO SHIPPING: Normally items take 3-5 business days to produce as all products are handmade to order.  Handcrafted silver items may have longer production times, please see individual listings for this information, as it varies from item to item.

EUROPE: Tracked & Signed 5-8 business days: £10

Please note, regular shipping discounts are available in store as special offers on minimum spends. Add your items to basket to see if you qualify.

Payments

Stripe card payments or Paypal.

Pay Via Instalments

Items with a value of £36 or more are eligible for payments in 3, 6 or 9 monthly instalments.  Once final instalment is paid your purchase will be shipped to you, via tracked or express Tracked (international 3 business day service).  *Please select standard shipping when placing your subscription order to prevent over payment. (if an error is made your overpayment will be refunded at the end of the subscription.)

 

This service is handy if you wish to buy an item which is in limited stock, but can’t make the full payment initially.  paying by instalments will reserve the item for you.  If you wish to buy several items that amount to £36 and above, please contact for a custom order and a new purchase page will be created for you. 

 

Payments are processed via Stripe Card Payments or Paypal subscriptions. You are not applying for credit, so no credit checks are performed, instead you are paying for a subscription, as if you were buying a magazine, for example. 

If a payment is missed an automatic reminder will be sent, if a payment is not completed within the month, the system automatically cancels the order, i can't change this, however i can set up a new payment schedule if you still wish to continue with the purchase.  Failed payments without renewal incurs a 50% charge of payments already made, so please only sign up to the instalment scheme if you can maintain payments.

Monthly payments are considered custom orders in regard to the distance seller regulations.

Packaging

All items are shipped gift boxed with Chopa Tribe Branding.

Custom Orders / Bespoke Fittings

As all items are handmade, I do provide a Custom / Bespoke order service, at no additional cost outside of Peak Seasons.  If you would like a colour change, or a gemstone change, feel free to contact me prior to purchasing to see what is currently available.

If you are concerned about size, you can send me your measurements and i will build your item to your fit.  On occasion there maybe a small charge for additional materials.

 

If you are looking for a unique personalised design, for example for your wedding day, special event of gift for someone, this can be done also, but do please allow plenty of time for the designing, production and delivery of your item when making your request.

Sizing

All items have a standard size unless otherwise stated

Custom size / design requests available on request. Please see notes above.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

  • Contact within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase (Not Applicable to custom orders)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.   If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Please contact me for shipping details.

Adjustment Service

Chopa Tribe provides an affordable repair, wear and tear service.  If you have damaged your item or the item has become worn, we can repair your item for you.  Or if you just want a refresh / re-vamp to your design, change colour we can do that too.

Privacy Policy

Personal data submitted on this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website. 

We may use your personal information to:

-improve your browsing experience by personalising the website;
-send to you goods purchased via the website;
-send invoices to you, and collect payments from you;
-send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;
-send to you our newsletter and other marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications to be sent to you by emailing us at hello@molaxproductions.com).
-We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of directing marketing. 
-Other disclosures 

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere , we may disclose information about you:

-to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
-in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
-in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of -----fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.

Customs / Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Chopa Tribe is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Distant Seller Regulations

All customers are protected by the Distance Seller Regulations as follows:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please contact Seller within 7 days of receiving your item.

If an item is to be returned please contact, stating reasons for return and to arrange the correct methods for return delivery.

 

Return postage has to be paid for by the customer & the item has to be safely packaged. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a refund or replacement. 

Exceptions to the Distance Selling Regulations:-
Items made to your specification or personalisation.
