Purchases

Min spend £250 to qualify for trade prices.  Full payment is required at time of purchase. 

PAYMENTS:  

 

All payments are to be made at checkout, which accepts Stripe Secure Payments and Paypal .  Direct Payments can be made to Chopa Tribe London on request of an Invoice.

shipping

Chopa Tribe London ships worldwide.  There is a flat rate charge for standard shipments to the UK and overseas.  This is at a discounted rate and can been seen prior to making payment.

 

If purchasing gift boxes to go with your jewellery there will be an additional shipment charge to cover the cost of the weight and size increase.  If gift boxes are required please contact me for a price guide based on your order.

 

Express Delivery is available to purchase at checkout, and is advised as this will ensure that your items are traceable / tracked during travel and is the fastest safest delivery service to your country.  

 

UK customers - Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (1-3 business days)

International Customers - Tracked & Signed (5-9 business days)

 

All shipments are made via RoyalMail.

PRODUCTION TIMES

All items are handmade by Molax Chopa at the time of purchase. 

 

In general please allow up to 3 weeks production time to create your order in addition to the delivery time to your country.  Some items do take longer to build and this additional time can be found in the information section on the product listing.   An email confirming your estimated production time will be sent you after you make your purchases, or an estimation can be requested prior to purchasing.

*Where possible please allow as much time as possible for the production of your items, incase there is a production queue.

Packaging

All trade items come with hanging cards as standard.  If you would like your items individually gift boxed please request a price list, as there are a few options to how your jewellery can be presented.

returns

Items are non-refundable unless faulty.  Please contact prior to returning your item, with a photograph of the fault and a brief explanation, so that an exchange can be arranged. 

 

If your customer finds a fault with a product within 14 days of purchasing, please offer an exchange or refund, and a replacement will be sent to you, please follow above method for returns, and ship tracked to the above address, as soon as a tracking number is provided your replacement will be shipped out to you.

 

If purchased after 30 days, a customer can request a repair, with a small fee attached.  A repair or a replacement will be sent to you.  Postal return costs have to be paid for by the customer / seller in all accounts.   

 

General wear and tear is not considered as a fault and Chopa Tribe will not be held responsible for replacement or cost of this item  if this is the case.

Samples / Custom Designs

Sample orders can be made prior to purchasing wholesale on request if you are new customer.
